TWINBUSCH TWS3510E Scissor Lift
The tyre service scissor lift with a lift height of one metre and a load capacity of 3500 kg is ideal for tyre services, bodywork and vehicle preparation. With the optionally available mobile kit, the lift can be moved and used flexibly as an additional workstation on paved surfaces such as asphalt, paving or concrete.

Standard equipment.
Thanks to electromagnetic unlocking, no compressed air connection is required. Fully loadable, lockable ramps create an extended loading area and enable safe working. The low drive-over height (only 110 mm) also facilitates use with lowered vehicles. The mechanical synchronisation control of both tracks ensures uniform lifting, while the FAILSAFE safety locking system reliably monitors the locking position.
The dual pipe system ensures symmetrical distribution of system pressure. This is supported by two powerful hydraulic cylinders with direct linkage and a rocker arm system. Additional safety is provided by the emergency lowering function in the event of a power failure and the automatic safety locking and unlocking system. The powder-coated surface in subtle anthracite not only gives the platform a modern look, but also provides lasting protection against corrosion and ensures high resistance.

The control unit (24 V / IP 54) ensures a high level of safety and operating comfort in conjunction with two limit switches and CE-Stop.

The TWS3-10-R-G ramp set consists of 4 retaining plates and 4 ramps. These reduce the crossing height from the already low 110 mm to only half that, approx. 55 mm, thanks to the 2-stage ramp.
