Our TWX-80T-G electro-hydraulic tyre changer is the ideal solution for light truck and truck tyres and is also ideal for agricultural or construction machinery tyres with a wheel diameter of up to 2500 mm and a width of up to 1200 mm. It is designed for rim diameters from 14" (356 mm) to 56" (1423 mm).

The solid construction ensures maximum stability and durability, while the extremely simple handling via the control unit, joystick and foot pedals enables comfortable operation. The self-centring 4-clamping arm system and the electro-hydraulic clamping arm device ensure secure and precise fixing. The clamping claws are made of high-quality special steel and offer maximum load capacity.
The electro-hydraulic control unit with two speeds enables faster working with the mounting arm and clamping device. The mounting arm can be automatically rotated and folded out on the carriage and can be raised, lowered and moved hydraulically, allowing flexible and efficient working. The secure clamping of the rim makes the entire mounting process reliable and user-friendly.
A powerful 2-speed electric motor for forward and reverse rotation at 4 & 8 rpm also ensures maximum performance and efficiency. The high-quality control block enables sensitive and precise work.
