The TW242PE-G has a load capacity of 4.2 tonnes, making it suitable for heavier vehicles. With a support arm clamping range of 740–1150 mm (short) or 890–1390 mm (long), vehicles with medium wheelbases can also be lifted flexibly and safely.

On each side of the column there is a plug adapter holder for two adapters, ensuring safe and convenient storage. Thanks to its sturdy construction and flexible mounting, vehicles ranging from Smart cars to small vans can be lifted reliably. An anti-lift-up button enables precise lowering without prior automatic lifting. In addition, an integrated 230-volt socket in the control box facilitates the connection of additional devices. The powder-coated surface in subtle anthracite not only offers a modern look, but also long-lasting corrosion protection and high resistance.

Two hydraulic cylinders ensure safety and comfort, enabling powerful lifting and lowering. Telescopic, bevelled support arms with a flat design are ideal for sports cars, while the asymmetrical construction allows the vehicle doors to be opened wide. A door stop protects against accidental impact.

The modern motor cover provides reliable protection against dust, has a noise-reducing effect and can be optionally expanded with the Air Kit, which integrates seamlessly and increases the functionality of the lift. An LED kit (TWLED-2) is also available as an option, which illuminates the working area under and around the lift evenly and optimally.

Control unit

The convenient control unit (protection class IP 54 and 24 V control voltage) is equipped with a limit switch for lifting height limitation and an automatic circuit breaker for safe working.

E-Motor

Powerful hydraulic unit with high-quality aluminium pump, overpressure safety valve and an industrial-quality electric motor, protected behind a robust motor cover.

Arm-locking system

The support arm locking device and the mechanical synchronisation control using steel cables ensure maximum safety.

Supporting arms

Flat, telescopic and slanted support arms for sports cars. The asymmetrical design of the support arms allows the doors to be opened particularly wide.

Door stop protection

The door stop protects your car doors by preventing them from slamming shut unintentionally.

Flat drive-over plate

The flat drive-over plate of the post lift is only 30 mm high.

2-stage turntable

The post lift has 2-stage height-adjustable turntables with a low swivel height of just 96 mm.

Anti-Lift-Up-Button

The anti-lift-up button allows the post lift to be lowered precisely without it being raised automatically first.

A handy 230 V socket is located directly on the control box for added convenience.

Optional accessory: TW236PE-AIR

The optionally available Air-Kit TW236PE-AIR is integrated into the motor cover above the control unit and serves as an additional compressed air connection.

Optional accessory: TWLED-2

The LED illumination TWLED-2 (optionally available) consists of 4 flexible and magnetic LED light bands / LED strips, a transformer, power and connection cables, a remote control and the necessary assembly and installation material. These LED lights provide a pleasant light in any colour and brightness.

Optional accessory: TW242-GPV

The base plate reinforcement set TW242-GPV (optionally available) is to be used for concrete strengths between 150 - 200 mm and reduces the usual minimum concrete strength by 50 mm.
