An integrated limit switch ensures that the lift stops automatically as soon as a vehicle that is too high reaches the crossbeam.

Standard equipment.
On the outside of each column there is a plug-in adapter holder for two adapters, ensuring they are stored securely and within easy reach. Thanks to its sturdy construction and flexible mounting, vehicles ranging from the Smart car to small vans can be lifted reliably. An anti-lift-up button allows for precise lowering without prior automatic lifting. In addition, an integrated 230-volt socket on the control box facilitates the connection of additional equipment. The powder-coated finish not only offers a modern look, but also long-lasting corrosion protection and high durability.
Safety and convenience are ensured by two hydraulic cylinders, which enable powerful lifting and lowering. Telescopic, bevelled support arms with a low-profile design are ideal for sports cars, whilst the asymmetrical construction allows the vehicle doors to open wide. A door stop prevents accidental contact.
The modern engine cover provides reliable protection against dust, helps to reduce noise, and can be optionally upgraded with the Air Kit, which integrates seamlessly and enhances the functionality of the lift.
An LED kit (TWLED-2B) is also available as an option, providing even and optimal lighting of the work area beneath and around the lifting platform.

Details
Clear floor
The post lift has an automatic limit switch as soon as a vehicle that is too high reaches the crossbeam. The post lift also enables barrier-free passage.
Control unit
The convenient control unit (protection class IP 54 and 24 V control voltage) is equipped with a limit switch for lifting height limitation and an automatic circuit breaker for safe working.
E-Motor
Powerful hydraulic unit with high-quality aluminium pump, overpressure safety valve and an industrial-quality electric motor, protected behind a robust motor cover.
Arm-locking system
The support arm locking device and the mechanical synchronisation control using steel cables ensure maximum safety.
Supporting arms
Flat, telescopic and slanted support arms for sports cars. The asymmetrical design of the support arms allows the doors to be opened particularly wide.
Door stop protection
The door stop protects your car doors by preventing them from slamming shut unintentionally.
Post protection cover
The post protection cover protects the hydraulic cylinder from flying sparks during welding and flexing work. It offers a high level of safety and impresses with its attractive appearance.
2-stage turntable
The post lift has 2-stage height-adjustable turntables with a low swivel height of just 96 mm.
Anti-Lift-Up-Button

Optional accessory: TWLED-2B
The TWLED-2B LED lighting (optionally available) consists of 4 flexible and magnetic LED strip lights / LED strips, a transformer, power and connection cables, a remote control and the necessary mounting and installation materials. These LED lights provide pleasant light in any colour and brightness.
Optional accessory: TW242-GPV
The base plate reinforcement set TW242-GPV (optionally available) is to be used for concrete strengths between 150 - 200 mm and reduces the usual minimum concrete strength by 50 mm.
